FAMAG 26mm Cylinder Boring Forstner Bit, OAL90mm, 1633026 - Traditional cylinder boring bit with centre point, two main cutting edges and two taper taps. Tear free accurate holes in soft wood, can also be used for European hard wood and veneered boards. Especially easy to resharpen due to the straight taper taps. Stationary deep-hole drilling is possible with our extension shank product line 1639. Cylinder boring bits are only suitable for stationary operation. For freehand drilling we recommend our rapid Forstner bit Bormax product line 1622 or the TCT-Bormax³ product line 1663. Alloyed tool steel. 700 - 3000 rpm. e.g. Ø 15 mm 2300 rpm in soft wood
